Mindmapping? Brainstorming?

A good mindmapping needs to content images and information (less words = keywords). So today, i draw a mindmapping just based on keywords and few sketches that i draw.

First, i divide it into 4 parts. First part is the big main topic, second is the title out from the topic, and then follow by sub title and sub sub title as well... When you see it far away from the picture, you can see that i'm trying to use different lighting colors to seperate the tasks. like the color "more bright" means it's more important than the sub sub titles. So from the class, i learn that, as a designer, we need to be always be creative to do mindmaps, we want a creative mindmapping but not a formal and boring mindmapping that full of "texts". These is what we need to bear in mind forever... "Creative" "creative" and "creative"!!!

This week class, we have to pick a partner and ask 10 questions to produce a drawing for him/her. The drawing must use a best metaphor to describe the person well... So I learn that metaphor is very important to a designer, everythings must start with a methphore and slowly transform into a new designs...

So, Liu MeiZhi is the one that too unlucky pick by me...

I ask her about:

1. What size are you? Small.

2. What is your favorite pet? Mouse.

3. What day season you like? Morning.

4. What are you afraid of? Butterfly. :S

5. Where you will loking at when you are thinking on something? Ceiling.

6. Which side is your sleeping direction? Top ( because love to facing the ceiling).

7. You like to wear which kind of attires? Loose.

8. What sport you always do? Swimming.

9. Which hairstyle you like the most? Long hair.

10. Do you think you mature enough? Like to be kids.

It's not a death rats, it's a sleeping rats since she love to sleep so much and facing the ceiling when sleeping. The rats is biting the butterfly because she afraid of it... The hand is holding the swim ring because she love to swimming often... the hawaii attires is created for her because she love to wear loose attires more than tide. The sunglasses actually is showing that time is a sunny day because she prefer the sunny morning day... This long hair rats really can described as my friend... Liu MeiZhi... Hahaha...
